I’m Luke Broad and I have put this package of sessions together with my partner, Nicola Marsh. I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy®. Nicky is a Hypnotherapist and holds a diploma in NLP.
I suffered from social anxiety and health related anxiety. In fact, I would avoid certain social situations because just thinking about these situations made me feel anxious. And I went through a period of constant worrying about my health. I would search the Internet looking at worst case scenarios for my symptoms. And I would fear that the doctors had missed something or made a mistake.
By using the same processes and techniques as we have included in this package, I learned to control my thoughts and emotions and eliminate stress and anxiety, and you can do the same.

How it works...
Hypnosis is not what people think it is. Hypnosis does not mean being ‘out of it’ or unaware, it’s just a state of deep relaxation. And you will never accept any suggestions that aren’t congruent with your values or morals.
You will always be aware and in control. In fact, when you are in a state of deep relaxation, your awareness is actually heightened. You become more aware of your inner world of thoughts, beliefs, judgements, feelings and fears.
By relaxing and following the instructions in these Mp3 sessions, you will be able to identify negative thoughts and feelings and change them.
You cannot get stuck in hypnosis. Even if the mp3 stopped half way through, you would simply emerge from hypnosis on your own feeling absolutely fine.
